General Rules

The Rules below refer to all Events

  • Events are open to all school students from any school in any country, irrespective of Board of Education, from PlayGroup to Class XII (Class 12)
  • Participants have to register individually on the Link below:
  • Classes have been divided into Groups. Please refer below to identify your Group:

  • For Quiz Events, participants will be able to see their score immediately after the quiz gets over
  • For all Events, participants will be able to download Online Certificates after submitting their entries

Quiz Rules

  • Quiz will be conducted online
  • Quizzes will be conducted for following subjects:
    • Sports Quiz
    • Maths Quiz
    • Science Quiz
    • General Knowledge Quiz
    • Hindi Grammar Quiz
    • English Grammar Quiz
    • Sanskrit Grammar Quiz
    • Yoga Quiz
  • Students must register by 5:00 PM on 6th January, 2021
  • Registered students will receive a Link to the quiz on Whatsapp Number or Email Address provided
  • Every quiz will have multiple choice questions
  • Replacement of individual participants will not be allowed after Registration

Billey Kidzy Rules

  • This Group is for Playgroup, Nursery, Lower KG and Upper KG Students only
  • Students will participate in Fancy Dress Event
  • Themes (choose one):
    • Great Leader
    • Corona Warrior
    • Freedom Fighters
  • Students will have to dress as per chosen Theme, and shoot a Video of not more than 2 minutes.
  • A link to upload videos will be shared with Registered participants after Registrations close on 4th January
  • Online Certificates will be available to all participating students which can be downloaded at your end

Group A Rules

  • This Group is for Students in Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 only
  • Students will participate in one or more of the competitions listed below
  • Online Certificates will be available to all participating students which can be downloaded at your end

Poem Recitation

  • Students can choose to recite any poem from their school curriculum
  • Video recording of the poetry to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Video must not exceed 2 minutes
  • Video file should be named with Students Name, School Name (abbreviation) and Class. For example, Vidya Gopal of Class 3 in Delhi High School should submit a video file with the name: Vidya-DHS-3.mp4
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Drawing

  • Students will be needed to submit drawing of a Poster on Swami Vivekananda
  • Drawing will have to be done on A4 size paper and the photograph of that sheet has to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Student can choose any medium for the drawing/painting to be done
  • Name, Class and School must be clearly written on the A4 sheet
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Slogan Writing

  • Students will be needed to write slogan on Swami Vivekananda’s Life, Teachings and Vision
  • Slogan will have to be hand written on A4 size paper and the photograph of that sheet has to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Student can choose to decorate or write the slogan in any way he/she chooses
  • Name, Class and School must be clearly written on the A4 sheet
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Group B Rules

  • This Group is for Students in Class 4 and Class 5 only
  • Students will participate in one or more of the competitions listed below
  • Online Certificates will be available to all participating students which can be downloaded at your end

Text Recitation

  • Students will have to recite the Passage given below
  • Video recording of the recitation to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Video file should be named with Students Name, School Name (abbreviation) and Class. For example, Rahul Sharma of Class 5 in Bangalore High School should submit a video file with the name: Rahul-BHS-5.mp4
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Drawing

  • Students will be needed to submit drawing of a poster on Swami Vivekananda of Children (Bachchon ke Swami Vivekanand)
  • Drawing will have to be done on A4 size paper and the photograph of that sheet has to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Student can choose any medium for the drawing/painting to be done
  • Name, Class and School must be clearly written on the A4 sheet
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Shlok Recitation

  • Students will be needed to recite Sanskrit Shlok of their choice
  • Video of the recitation, not exceeding 3 minutes, to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Student can choose to decorate or write the slogan in any way he/she chooses
  • Name, Class and School must be clearly written on the A4 sheet
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Group C Rules

  • This Group is for Students in Class 6, Class 7 and Class 8 only
  • Students will participate in one or more of the competitions listed below
  • Online Certificates will be available to all participating students which can be downloaded at your end

Solo Bhajan

  • Students can choose to perform any Bhajan of their choice
  • Video recording of the recital to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Video must not exceed 5 minutes
  • Video file should be named with Students Name, School Name (abbreviation) and Class. For example, Roshni Bose of Class 7 in Calcutta High School should submit a video file with the name: Roshni-CHS-7.mp4
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Drawing

  • Students will be needed to submit drawing on the theme Man Making and Character Building
  • Drawing will have to be done on A4 size paper and the photograph of that sheet has to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Student can choose any medium for the drawing/painting to be done
  • Name, Class and School must be clearly written on the A4 sheet
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Speech

  • Students will be needed to deliver a self-written speech on Man Making, Character Building, Leadership Training
  • Speech competition will be conducted online, with the Participant required to deliver the Speech over a Live Online Video Session
  • Link to Live Video Session will be provided after Registrations close
  • Speech is not to exceed 3 minutes
  • Name, Class and School must be mentioned by student at the start of the Speech.

Group D Rules

  • This Group is for Students in Class 9, Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12 only
  • Students will participate in one or more of the competitions listed below
  • Online Certificates will be available to all participating students which can be downloaded at your end

Solo Bhajan

  • Students can choose to perform any Bhajan of their choice
  • Video recording of the recital to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Video must not exceed 5 minutes
  • Video file should be named with Students Name, School Name (abbreviation) and Class. For example, Nandini Bhandarkar of Class 12 in Nagpur High School should submit a video file with the name: Nandini-NHS-12.mp4
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Drawing

  • Students will be needed to submit drawing on the theme Build A Nation
  • Drawing will have to be done on A4 size paper and the photograph of that sheet has to be uploaded
  • Upload link will be provided after Registrations close
  • Student can choose any medium for the drawing/painting to be done
  • Name, Class and School must be clearly written on the A4 sheet
  • Submissions will close at 5:00 PM on 9th January, 2021

Speech

  • Students will be needed to deliver a self-written speech on “Naya Bharat Gadho” in Hindi or “Rebuild India” in English
  • Speech competition will be conducted online, with the Participant required to deliver the Speech over a Live Online Video Session
  • Link to Live Video Session will be provided after Registrations close
  • Speech is not to exceed 4 minutes
  • Name, Class and School must be mentioned by student at the start of the Speech.
